摘要
对15CrMo钢和12Cr1MoV钢的快速金相制样方法进行了探索,确定了一种磨抛光侵蚀剂法。结果表明:采用由25mL蒸馏水、30mL双氧水、2mL氢氟酸和2g草酸配置的磨抛光侵蚀剂,在室温下侵蚀试样约60s,能够清晰地显示出15CrMo钢和12Cr1MoV钢的显微组织;该方法具有操作简单、耗时少、不受部件位置和形状限制等优点,可极大地提高现场金相制样的效率。
The rapid preparing method for metallographic specimens of 15 CrMo steel and 12 Cr1 MoV steel was explored,and the grinding and polishing erosion reagent method was determined.The results show that:after etching in the grinding and polishing reagent consisting of 25 mL distilled water,30 mL hydrogen peroxide,2 mL hydrofluoric acid and 2 g oxalic acid for 60 sat room temperature,the microstructure of 15 CrMo steel and12 Cr1 MoV steel could be revealed clearly;the method had the advantages of easy handling,less time consumption and no restrictiveness of locations and shapes,and the efficiency of in-filed preparation for metallographic specimens could be enhanced greatly.
