中医按摩配合针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Chinese massage combined with acupuncture on children with cerebral palsy

目的探析中医按摩配合针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果。方法选取40例脑瘫患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各20例。对照组针灸治疗,观察组在此基础上加中医按摩,比较两组临床效果及各项身体指标恢复情况。结果观察组有效率为90.0%高于对照组65.0%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组运动功能、智力发育及语言功能指数均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组运动功能、智力发育、语言功能指数均优于治疗前,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医按摩配合针灸治疗小儿脑瘫效果理想,改善脑瘫患儿的肢体运动能力和语言表达能力,同时可改善患儿的智力情况,提升患儿的生活质量,减轻家庭和社会的负担。

objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM Massage Combined with acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy. Methods 40 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine massage.The clinical effects and the recovery of body indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90%,which was higher than that of the control group 65%（P 〈 0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in motor functlon,intelligence development and language function index between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）.Motor function,mental development,language function index of the observation group after treatment were better than before treatment,and is better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM Massage Combined with acupuncture in treating cerebral palsy has ideal effect,improve the cerebral palsy children with limb movement ability and language expression ability, intelligence and improve children,improve children＇s quality of life,reduce the burden of family and society.
