安神定志丸治疗抑郁症心胆气虚型的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Anshen Dingzhi Pill in treatment of depression with Xindan Qixu type

目的研究安神定志丸治疗心胆气虚型抑郁症的疗效。方法选取我院于2010年4月～2015年8月间收治的58例心胆气虚型抑郁症患者,根据用药方法不同划分为观察组与对照组各29例,观察组实施安神定志丸治疗,对照组实施氟西汀治疗,评价两组患者用药疗效及抑郁自评量表,评估生活质量。结果观察组患者用药治疗后,显效为23例(79.31%),有效为6例(20.69%),明显优于对照组18例(62.07%)、11例(37.93%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.173,P=0.000)。入院时,观察组SDS评分为(68.23±1.20)分,与对照组(68.25±1.19)比较无统计学意义(t=0.064,P=0.949);用药治疗一段时间后再次测评,观察组评分为(51.29±1.02)分,优于对照组(62.33±1.07)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=40.217,P=0.000)。观察组患者睡眠治疗、社会功能、精力、躯体活动等指标评分均优于对照组(t=30.914、35.002、39.754、37.825,P=0.000)。结论采用安神定志丸治疗心胆气虚型抑郁症疾病患者,取得较好治疗效果,提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of Anshen Dingzhi pill in the treatment of Depression with Xindan Qixu type. Methods 58 cases of depression with Xindan Qixu type from April 2010 to August 2015 were divided into observation group and control group according to different methods of treatment, with 29 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Anshen Dingzhi pill, and the control group was treated with fluoxetine. The curative effect and self rating depression scale of the two groups were evaluated, and the quality of life was evaluated. Results After treatment, In the observation group, 23 cases of excellence （79.31%）, 6 cases of effective （20.69%）, which was significantly better than the control group of 18 cases （62.07%）, 11 cases （37.93%） （χ^2=7.173, P=0.000）. On admission, the SDS score of the observation group was （68.23 ± 1.20）, and there was no significant difference compared with （68.25 ± 1.19） of the control group （t=0.064, P=0.949）; After treatment for a period of time, the score of the observation group was （51.29 ± 1.02）, which was better than （62.33 ± 1.07） of the control group （t=40.217, P=0.000）. The scores of sleep therapy, social function, energy and physical activity of the observation group were better than those of the control group（t=30.914, 35.002,39.754,37.825, P=0.000）. Conclusion Anshen Dingzhi pills in the treatment of depression with Xindan Qixu type has better treatment effect, can improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical use.
