沙美特罗联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

Clinical research of Salmeterol combined with fluticasone propionate used intreating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨应用沙美特罗联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效分析。方法选取我院于2016年3月～2017年5月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者共160例,随机分为两组,对照组80例,采用常规治疗手段;研究组80例,在常规治疗的基础上应用沙美特罗联合丙酸氟替卡松,疗程结束后比较两组治疗后临床疗效情况、治疗前后肺功能情况以及COPD评估测试(CAT)评分情况。结果研究组与对照组治疗COPD均能起效,研究组临床有效率为92.50%,对照组为85.00%,研究组有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺功能情况,两组均能有效改善,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CAT评分,研究组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合运用沙美特罗和丙酸氟替卡松治疗COPD,临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of Salmeterol combined with fluticasone propionate used in treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Methods 160 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group（n=80） were treated with conventional treatment methods,and the research group（n=80） were treated with Salmeterol combined with fluticasone propionate On the basis of conventional treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,pulmonary function and COPD assessment test （CAT） score were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Both the study group and the control group were effective in the treatment of COPD.The clinical effective rate was 92.50% in the study group and 85% in the control group.The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;Puhnonary function was improved in two groups （P 〈 0.05）,there were differences between groups （P 〈 0.05）;The improvement of CAT score in the study group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined use of Salmeterol and fluticasone propionate in the treatment of COPD,the clinical curative effect is remarkable,it is worth further promotion and use
