摘要
目的探究舒适护理对神经内科患者生存质量的影响。方法以2015年1月～2016年1月之间的100例神经内科患者为研究对象,数字表法随机分组,观察组50例实施舒适护理,对照组50例实施常规护理,采用生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评价两组生存质量,采用美国国立研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)对两组患者的神经功能缺损状况进行评价,并调查对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果干预后观察组各项生存质量改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组NIHSS评分改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为100.0%,显著高于对照组的90.0%(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可改善神经内科患者的生存质量及神经功能缺损状况,提高了患者的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To explore the influence of comfort nursing on the quality of life of Neurology patients. Methods 100 cases of patients in Department of Neurology from January 2015 to January 2016 as the research object,randomly grouping,50 cases in observation group received comfortable nursing,50 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,determined by the quality of life scale （WHOQOL-100） assessment of two groups of quality of life,by the National Institutes of Heahh Stroke Scale （NIHSS） to evaluate the neurological impairment in the patients of the two groups,and to investigate the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results the observation group after the intervention of the improvement of quality of life was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）;the intervention of the NIHSS score of the observation group improved significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）;nursing satisfaction of observation group was 100%,significantly higher than 90% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion comfort care can improve the quality of life and neurological impairment in patients with neurological diseases, and improve the patient＇ s satisfaction with nursing.It is worth popularizing and applying in the clinic.
