老年肺癌术后患者采取综合护理干预的工作体会

Experience of comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with lung cancer after operation

目的探讨老年肺癌术后患者最佳的护理方法。方法 2015年5月～2017年5月期间,将在我院入院治疗的62例患者,采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组和综合护理组,每组各31例。常规护理组患者采取传统的护理方法,综合护理组患者进行综合护理干预。结果从生存质量、不适感受和营养改善情况3个方面对护理效果进行评价,两组患者除在不适感受中睡眠时间短或质量差项目比较,差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余各项比较,综合护理组患者均取得更为理想的效果。结论综合护理干预有效提高了老年肺癌术后患者的康复效果。

Objective To explore the best nursing method for elderly patients with lung cancer after operation. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017, 62 patients who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group, 31 cases in each group. The conventior-al nursing group were given traditional nursing methods, and the comprehensive nursing group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The nursing effect was evaluated from 3 aspects of quality of life, discomfort and improvement of nutrition. There was no significant difference between the 2 groups （P 〉 0.05） except for the short sleep time or poor quality of the items in the discomfort. Compared with other indexes, the patients in the comprehensive nursing group achieved better results. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with lung cancer after operation.
