预见性护理对高龄肺癌患者术后呼吸系统并发症影响

Effect of the predictive nursing on postoperative respiratory complications in elderly patients with lung cancer

目的观察预见性护理对高龄肺癌患者术后呼吸系统并发症的影响。方法选取我院自2015年1月～2016年12月收治的行手术的高龄肺癌患者44例,随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组22例高龄肺癌患者,均采取常规护理,观察组22例高龄肺癌患者,均在对照组基础上,采取预见性护理,比较两组护理方式对高龄肺癌患者术后呼吸衰竭、肺部感染、急性呼吸窘迫综合症等呼吸系统并发症的影响及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组术后呼吸系统并发症率13.64%,对照组术后呼吸系统并发症率59.09%,观察组患者术后呼吸系统并发症率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度90.91%,对照组护理总满意度63.64%,观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理在可提高患者呼吸功能,有效降低手术后患者呼吸系统并发症发生率,较常规护理更有优势,是一种优秀的护理方法。

Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing on postoperative respiratory complications m elderly patients with lung cancer. Methods 44 cases with lung cancer were selected from January 2015 to December 2016 were treated by operation in our hospital were stratified randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group of 22 cases of elderly patients with lung cancer,were given routine nursing,the observation-group of 22 cases of elderly patients with lung cancer,both on the basis of the control group,nursing care,comparison two groups of nursing effects on failure,pulmonary infection,acute respiratory distress syndrome and respiratory complications in elderly patients with lung cancer after surgery respiratory and patient care satisfaction. Results 13.64% respiratory system complications rate of the patients in the observation group,59.09% respiratory system complications rate after surgery in the control group,the complication rate is lower than the control group of respiratory system of patients in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.91%,and that of the control group was 63.64%.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing can improve the respiratory function of patients,effectively reduce the incidence of respiratory complications after operation,and has more advantages than routine nursing.It is an excellent nursing method.
