64排128层螺旋CT冠脉成像技术与冠状动脉造影在冠心病患者中冠状动脉狭窄病变在影像诊断中的应用

Application of 64 rows of 128 slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary artery disease

目的探讨西门子64排128层螺旋CT冠脉成像技术与冠状动脉造影在冠心病患者中冠状动脉狭窄病变影像诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月～2017年3月我院收治的85例冠心病患者为主要研究对象,所有患者均接受64排128层螺旋CT冠脉成像技术,1个月后行冠状动脉造影检查,对所有患者的各项临床资料和检查结果等进行回顾性分析。结果经冠状动脉造影检查共确诊340个节段图像,冠状动脉正常、轻度狭窄、中度狭窄和重度狭窄符合率分别为95.48%、97.15%、96.89%、99.98%;西门子64排128层螺旋CT冠脉成像的灵敏度为91.58%,特异度为93.47%,阳性预测值为87.92%,阴性预测值为95.63%。结论在冠心病的临床诊断上,采用64排128层螺旋CT冠脉成像技术进行检查和诊断,可提高冠状动脉狭窄的诊断准确性,可作为冠状动脉造影前的筛查手段,可在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of SIEMENS 64 row 128 slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronaryheart disease. Methods 85 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the main research objects,all patients were treated with 64 row 128 slice spiral CTcoronary angiography. Coronary angiography was performed 1 months later. The clinical data and examination results of all patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results 340 segmental images were confirmed by coronary angiography. The coronary artery of normal, mild stenosis, moderate stenosis and severe stenosis rate were 95.48%, 97.15%, 96.89%, 99.98%;The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of SIEMENS 64 row 128 slice spiral CT coronary angiography were 91.58%, 93.47%, 87.92%, 95.63%, respectively. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease, the application of 64 row 128 slice spiral CT coronary imaging technology for examination and diagnosis can improve the diagnostic accuracy of coronary artery stenosis, can be used as a screening method before coronary angiography, can be further promoted and applied in clinical.
