摘要
目的探究腹部超声联合阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法选择200例异位妊娠患者作为临床研究对象,依照检测方式不同将患者分成两组。观察组(n=100)通过阴道超声联合腹部超声进行检查,对照组(n=100)通过单一腹部超声予以检查。对两组患者子宫孕囊检测结果、子宫内膜厚度检测结果、盆腔肿块与盆腔积液检测结果;以及两组检测方式所得出的异位妊娠诊断结果进行比较。结果观察组仅有6例盆腔肿块、11例盆腔积液无法进行准确检测。对照组则有11例子宫孕囊情况、33例子宫内膜厚度、21例盆腔肿块、28例盆腔积液无法检测。观察组检查的清晰度高于对照组。观察组对异位妊娠检测结果的准确性也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹部超声联合阴道超声对异位妊娠患者进行临床诊断,能够有效提升检测图像的清晰度以及检测结果的准确性,对异位妊娠的尽早诊断具有较为显著的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Merthods 200 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as a clinical study, in accordance with the different detection methods were divided into two groups.The observation group (n=100) were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound,the control group (n=lO0) to be checked by a single abdominal ultrasound. The two groups of patients with uterine pregnancy sac detection results,the detection results of the endometrial thickness,the detection results of pelvic mass and pelvic effusion;and the two group of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis results of detection methods were compared. Results In the observation group, only 6 cases of pelvic masses, 1 1 cases of pelvic effusion can not be accurately detected. The control group had 11 cases of uterine pregnancy cyst, 33 cases of endometrial thickness, 21 cases of pelvic masses, 28 cases of pelvic effusion cannot be detected. Check clarity of observation group was higher than the control group. The observation group on the accuracy of ectopic pregnancy test results were higher than the control group, two groups the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Using abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy patients for clinical diagnosis,can effectively improve the detection accuracy of the image definition and detection results,the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has a significant clinical value.
