摘要
目的探讨经直肠双平面腔内超声对高位复杂性肛瘘诊断的临床价值。方法选择我院2015年1月~2017年7月收治的高位复杂性肛瘘患者60例作为研究对象,按随机抽样法将患者分为两组,治疗组高频腔内超声引导手术组,对照组传统手术组,分析高频超声引导复杂肛瘘手术的安全性和有效性。结果治疗组患者总有效率100%,对照组患者总有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后创面一期愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者平均愈合时间明显低于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者并发症发生率10.0%,对照组患者并发症发生率为33.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经直肠双平面腔内超声操作简单,且可根据临床需要,术前、术中进行实时手术指导,提高手术成功率,减少并发症,对临床诊断、指导手术有重大意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of transrectal double-planar ultrasonography in the diagnosis of high-grade anal fistula. Methods 60 cases with high-grade anal fistula treated in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table,they were divided into two groups.The treatment group:the high-frequency ultrasound-guided operation group and the control group were divided into two groups:the traditional operation group,the high- frequency ultrasound guided complex anal fistula surgery safety and effectiveness. Results The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0-05),there was no significant difference in the healing time between the two groups (P - 0.05).The average healing time in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). The incidence of complication was 10.0% in the treatment group and the complication rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P - 0.05) 33.3%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P,〈 0.05). Conclusion The operation of rectal biopsic cavity is simple,and can be operated according to clinical needs,preoperative and intraoperative gnidance,improve the success rate of operation and reduce the complication.It is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and -,uidance operation.
