摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术结合虚拟手术设计在治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折中的临床效果。方法回顾分析2014年1月~2015年12月的25例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者临床资料,按入院顺序奇偶性分为辅助组(应用3D打印虚拟手术)和常规组(应用常规手术)。比较两组手术时间及术中钢板一次性放置率、复位满意度及术后膝关节功能。结果患者均获随访,辅助组在手术时间、钢板一次性放置率、复位满意度及HSS临床功能评分方面比较优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义。结论 3D打印技术结合虚拟手术设计可提升复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗的临床手术效果,临床应加以重视并推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of 3D printing technique combined with virtual surgery in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures from January 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission:auxiliary group (3D print virtual surgery) and routine group (conventional 0peration).The operation time,disposable steel plate placing rate,the satisfaction of the reduction and the knee function after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The patients were followed up.The operation time,disposable steel plate placing rate,reset satisfaction and HSS clinical function score of the auxiliary group were better than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion 3D printing technology combined with virtual surgery design can improve the clinical effect of complex tibial plateau fracture treatment,clinical should be paid attention to and promoted.
