臭氧联合射频等离子消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症110例临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探析腰椎间盘突出症110例进行射频等离子消融术与臭氧联合疗法的临床效果分析。方法临床选择110例于2014年7月~2015年5月期间本院收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例,对照组仅进行射频等离子消融术疗法,观察组进行射频等离子消融术与臭氧联合疗法,比较两组术情况。结果术后1个月观察组、对照组临床优良率分别为76.4%、50.9%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3个月的视觉模拟评分情况(1.8±0.9)、(1.2±0.6)分明显要低于对照组(3.2±1.2)、(2.5±0.9)分(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者进行射频等离子消融术与臭氧联合疗法可显著缓解病情疼痛状况,临床效果确切。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of radio frequency plasma ablation combined with ozone lherapy in 110 cases with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 110 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc treated from July 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The patients of control group were just treated with the radio frequency plasma ablation,the patients of observation group were treated with the radio fi'eqnency plasma ablation comhined with ozone therapy.The postoperative conditions of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 month of treatment,the clinical excellent and good rate of observation group (76.4%) was significantly higher than that of control group (50.9%) (P 〈 0.05). After 1 and 3 month of treatment,the visual analoglJe score of observation group were (1.8 ± 0.9),(1.2 ± 0.6) points,and of control group were (3.2 ± 1.2),(2.5 ± 0.9) points,the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The radio frequency plasma ablation combined with ozone therapy can significantly alleviate the condition of the pain in patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,and the clinical effect is exact.
