粗叶悬钩子为我国民间传统用药,其具有活血祛瘀、清热止痛之功效,民间常用其治疗急慢性肝炎、乳腺炎、口腔炎和外伤出血等。近年来,有关粗叶悬钩子化学成分和药理作用的研究已有一定的公开报道。对其在化学成分和药理作用方面近年来的研究进行综述,以期为今后进一步利用和提升粗叶悬钩子的药用价值提供参考。
