Three Issues about History and Reality

关于历史与现实的关系,人们随着现实社会的不断演进和对历史认识的逐渐加深,在不断地加以探讨。现实社会是由历史发展演变而来,历史与现实之间存在着无法割断的联系,是一个紧密相连的整体;人们的历史认识不可避免地受到"当代"的强烈影响,一切历史认识都会打上"当代"的烙印,而解决"克罗齐命题"之缺陷的前景即在此命题之中;"读史使人明智",知晓过往,才能理解现实、把握今朝,对历史的无知将导致当前行为的困惑;而柄政者能否从历史中汲取经验教训,使其施政"明智"一些,则有很大的不确定性的。

The relationship between history and reality has been continuously discussed by people with their deepening understanding of history and the continuous evolution of the real society. Because the real society is evolved from historical development,the history and reality are a closely connected unit which can never be cut off. People＇s understanding of history is inevitably affected by the strong influence of ＂the contemporary time＂,and all historical knowledge will carry the ＂the contemporary brand＂,so the prospect of resolving the defects of ＂Croce Proposition＂ lies in the proposition itself. ＂History makes human wise＂：to understand the reality and seize the present,human must know the past. The ignorance of history must lead to the confusion of current behaviors. It is quite uncertain whether the governor can learn from the lessons of history and make ＂wise＂governance.
