中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型老年肿瘤43例

43 Cases of Senile Tumor of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗气虚血瘀型老年肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取73例无手术指征及放弃放化疗的中医辨为气虚瘀证老年肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组30例、治疗组43例。对照组采用常规支持对症治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药抗癌方,观察两组疗效及治疗前后生活质量。结果:观察组生活质量改善明显优于对照粗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组效率高于对照组但其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年无法行手术、放化疗患者,可改善生活质量且疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of senile tumor of Qi deficiency and blood stasis treated by combination of TCM and western medicine. Methods A randomized controlled clinical and they belonged to syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency and blood stasis of TCM trial was used to randomize the 73 patients who were hospitalized without hospitalization and radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the elderly. The control group was routinely supported for symptomatic treatment. The Observation group on the basis of conventional supportive treatment to give anti - cancer prescription, observe the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The improvement of the quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than the control gnoup the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the quality of life of patients in the elderly without surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
