粘湿煤炭干法深度筛分关键技术研究及抛射筛的研制

Study on the key technology of dry deep screening of wet coal and the manufacture of projectile screen

针对粘湿煤炭干法深度筛分作业中的难点问题,分析了目前筛分机存在的不足,提出了一种新型筛分机——抛射筛;阐述了抛射筛的结构、原理、技术参数和技术创新点;对该筛机的样机进行了筛分性能测试;为选煤厂粘湿细颗粒煤炭干法深度筛分设备的选型和应用提供了新的参考。

Concerning over the difficulties in the dry deep screening of wet coal, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of current screens,and puts forward a new research idea-the projectile screen. The structure, the principle, the technical parameters and the innovation of projectile screen are described. The screening performance of the trail screen was tested. A new reference for the selection and the application of dry deep screens is provided for wet coal screening in coal preparation plant.
