VoLTE的发展,为炫铃业务带来更多的展现形式以及运营模式。通过对比分析,采用集中建设VoLTE炫铃放音平台,放音流程中由IMS核心网触发炫铃业务,集中建设后放音时延将不会受到影响。
VoLTE brings more operation mode for CRBT service. Through comparative analysis, the article focuses on the construction of VoLTE playback CRBT platform, where CRBT service is triggered by IMS core network in playback process, and the playback delay will not be affected.
