在节能减排约束性指标升级、IMS网络规模化部署等背景下,某电信运营商提出在三年内形成以IMS为核心的简洁固网的要求。基于该运营商某省的固网,充分分析现有网络的架构和特点,提出固网软交换向IMS演进的发展思路和策略,并就具体的网络演进实施方案进行阐述。

In the context of the upgrading of restrictive indicators by energy conservation and emission reduction, and large-scale deployment of IMS networks, a telecom operator has proposed the evolution to IMS network as the core of the compact fixed network in three years. In this paper, based on the fixed network of the telecome operator in a province, the architecture and characteristics of existing networks are fully analyzed, the idea and strategy are proposed for the evolution of Softswitch from fixed switching network to IMS network, and the concrete network evolution implementation plan is expounded.
