摘要
针对传统固相反应法制备粉体存在的成分偏离和引入杂质等问题,采用溶胶-凝胶方法合成了0.5Ba(Zr_(0.2)Ti_(0.8))O_3-0.5(Ba_(0.7)Ca_(0.3))TiO_3(BCZT)无铅纳米粉体,主要研究了煅烧温度对其结构和形貌的影响。TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、TEM、FTIR等测试结果表明:在900~1100℃的温度范围内,溶胶-凝胶合成的BCZT粉体表现为单一的立方相结构;随着煅烧温度的升高,粉体的结晶性逐渐增强,颗粒尺寸增大;适宜的粉体煅烧温度为900℃,与传统固相反应法相比可降低约400℃;在此煅烧温度下得到的BCZT粉体粒径均匀,尺寸约50~60 nm,结晶良好,成分均匀。
0. 5 Ba ( Zro 2Tio 8) 03 -0. 5 ( Bao 7 Cao 3) Ti03 ( BCZT ) nano-powders were synthesized by sol-gel method, and the effect of calcination temperature on structure and morphology was investigated. The results of TG-DSC, XRD, SEM, TEM and FTIR show that the BCZT powders exhibite a single cubic phase structure in the calcination temperatures ranging from 900 Tl to 1100 . With the increase ofcalcination temperature, the crystallinity and particle size of the powders increase gradually. The appropriate calcination temperature for sol-gel synthesized BCZT powders is 900 Tl , which is about 400 Tl lower than that for solid-state reaction. BCZT powders synthesized at 900 Tl are single-phased and well crystallized with homogenous elemental distribution, whose particle size is 50-60 nm.
