Research on the Promotion and Development of Huzhou Characteristic Town under the Background of Ecotype Binhu City Construction

赶超发展为湖州特色小镇建设提出了新要求,注入了新动力。建设特色小镇已成为加快赶超发展的新举措,正在湖州有序推进。在对湖州特色小镇建设现状调研分析的基础上,提出要以赶超发展的新思路、新要求、新动力来提升发展湖州特色小镇建设:着力提升发展理念,在"特"字上求思路;着力提升服务水平,在"新"字上做文章;着力提升特色产业,在"强"字上下功夫;着力提升人才集聚,在"智"字上谋发展;着力提升文化元素,在"美"字上促融合。

A new requirement of constructing characteristic towns in the city of Huzhou has been made under the background of surpassing development so that a new impetus has been absorbed.To construct characteristic towns has been a new measure of surpassing development which is being carried forward in Huzhou in an orderly way.On the basis of investigation and analysis about constructing the characteristic towns in Huzhou,new ideas,new requirements and new impetus under the background of surpassing development should be suggested in order to promote the construction of characteristic towns in Huzhou:elevating development concept with effort and seeking ideas upon the word"special";improving service level with effort and doing something upon the word"new";enhancing characteristic industry with effort and working hard upon the word"strong";gathering talents with effort and seeking development upon the word"wise";developing cultural elements and integrating upon the word"beautiful".
