A Lonely Cloud and A Sorrowful Stream——A Comparative Study of Wordsworth's“The Daffodils”and Xu Zhimo's“Yun You”

徐志摩是20世纪初中国诗坛上一颗闪耀的流星,他吸收了西方文学的滋养,给中国新诗带来了异国风味。其中19世纪英国浪漫主义对徐志摩诗歌的影响是不可忽视的。徐志摩的《云游》与英国浪漫主义诗人华兹华斯的《咏水仙》在意境和情感基调方面神似,而且两诗都透露出诗人对人与自然积极的哲学思考。不过,《云游》与《咏水仙》在境界处理上有所不同。

Xu Zhimo is a shining meteor in Chinese poetry at the beginning of the 20 th century.He absorbed the nourishment of British literature and brought exotic flavor to Chinese poetry since he was greatly influenced by the 19 th century British romanticism.The poetic imagery and emotional tone are similar in Xu Zhimo's"Yun You"and the British romantic poet Wordsworth's"The Daffodils",and the two poems reveal the poets' positive philosophical thinking of man and nature.However,"Yun You"is different from "The Daffodils"in poetic realm.
