南京市儿童医疗服务现状及存在问题分析

Analysis of Problems and Situation of Medical Service towards Children in Nanjing

目的:分析南京市儿童卫生资源配置现状和存在的主要问题,以期对医药卫生改革和发展提供借鉴。方法:通过数据分析、文献研究等方法进行。结果:2015年综合医院提供诊疗服务的数量比2014年增长了7.06%,儿童医院提供诊疗服务的数量比2014年增长了7.7%,增长率高于综合医院。2015年综合医院医师的日均诊疗人次为7.7人次,儿童医院为10.28人次,比综合医院高33.5%。儿童医院医师的年均出院人次为114.48人次,综合医院医师为85.5人次,比综合医院高33.89%。儿童医院的住院床位持续处于超负荷状态。结论:儿童医院医师的工作负担在各类医院中最重,原因为:儿科医疗卫生资源总量不足;儿科医疗卫生资源配置不均衡;儿科医疗服务供给的纵向体系不完善;儿科医疗保障体系不健全。

Objective:To analyze the children's health resources allocation and main problems in Nanjing and put forward the related countermeasure suggestions for references for the Chinese health reform and development. Methods:Data analysis and literature study were conducted. Results:The number of clinical services provided in general hospitals increases 7.06% in 2014 compared with2015. The number of clinical services provided in children's hospitals increases 7.7% in 2014 compared with 2015. The number of providing clinical services at children's Hospital's growth rate is higher than General Hospital.The number of average daily visits provided in general hospitals was 7.7 in 2015,while the children's hospital was 10.28. The number increased 33.5%.The number of annual discharges provided in general hospitals was 85.5,while the children's hospital was 114.48. The number increased 33.89%. Children's Hospital in-patient beds is in overload continuously. Conclusion:The burden on physicians at children's hospital is heaviest.Because pediatric health care resources are insufficient,pediatric health care resource allocation is not balanced,the longitudinal system of pediatric medical service supply is imperfections and the pediatric medical security system is not sound.
