摘要
该文从第三方满意度调查入手,分析了医院膳食产品、膳食服务、就餐环境和就餐条件四个方面对膳食满意度的影响,从制度落实、严格考核到人性化管理等措施实施,得到了院级、处级两级多部们的大力支持,使本院的膳食满意度得到明显的提高。
The thesis analyze the hospital dietary products,catering services,dining environment and dining conditions in four aspects of the third party satisfaction survey,to get the impact of Dietary satisfaction,to carry out measures from the system implementation,strict assessment,and human management,and get strong support of hospital and departments level,so that the hospital's dietary satisfaction has been significantly improved.
