本文采用文献资料、录像观察,针对运动员在跆拳道比赛过程中使用推踢技术取得更好的得分和技术优势,提出相应的对策与建议,为今后训练和实际比赛提供一些有意义和价值的参考。

This paper uses literature, video observation, for the athletes to use kicking technique to score and technical advantages better in the Taekwondo competition process, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, provide some meaningful and valuable reference for future training and actual competition.
