竞技健美操高水平运动员过渡与连接动作分析

Research on Transitions and Linking of High Level Athletes in Aerobic Gymnastics

本文对第11、12、13届世界健美操锦标赛,男子单人项目决赛的前4名优秀运动员成套动作中过渡与连接动作进行观察与统计,重点分析过渡与连接动作的节拍比例、内容、组合形式、空间转换特征、场地空间利用等指标,结果表明,竞赛规则在保护项目特点基础上,开阔了过渡与连接动作的可选择性及设计多样性;过渡与连接动作节拍比例具有一般编排趋势;过渡与连接动作的运用呈现动作多样性、表现新颖性、组合复杂性、高难度性,趋向"新、美、难"发展;过渡与连接动作艺术表现性更加凸显。

Through the eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth World Aerobics Championships, we observes and analysis the men＇s single final project before the four elite athletes sets action in connection with operation of the transitional, focuses on the proportion of the transition and connecting the rhythm movement, the content, the combination of form, space conversion feature, floor space utilization and other indicators, the conclusion showed that the change in the protection of competition rules on the basis of characteristics of the project, broaden the transition and operation of selectively connecting and design diversity; transition and Connection Movements rhythm proportion is equipped with the general trend choreography; making use of the transition and Connection Movements presents diversity, novelty, complexity, demanding nature, tends to be the development of the “novelty, beauty, difficulty” convergence of different sets of movements combined mode section between content will inevitably become the mainstream style of presentation; the artistic value of transition and connection movements is more prominent.
