钛合金表面硬质膜层研究进展

摘要 综述了近年来钛合金材料表面硬质膜层的研究进展,详述了钛合金表面扩渗层、多元素掺杂复合强化硬质膜层以及多层复合结构强化硬质膜层的研究现状及取得的成果,分析了现有钛合金表面硬质膜层研究存在的问题,指出:钛合金表面硬质膜层的强韧性匹配与界面强化仍需深入研究,同时需有效开展钛合金表面硬质膜层的工程应用研究,促进硬质膜层在钛合金材料表面的产业化应用。 Recent researches about the hard coatings synthesized on titanium alloys were summarized in this article.The research status and achievements of diffusion layers,multi-elements incorporation strengthened hard coatings and also the multilayered structure strengthened hard coatings on titanium alloys were studied in detail.Based on these researches,it is found that some key problems,such as the match of hardness and toughness and also the strengthening of the interface between coating and substrate still need further investigation.Besides,more efforts are necessary to study the engineering application research in terms of titanium alloys with hard coatings in order to facilitate its industrialization.
