Discussion on the Development Trend and Some Forms of "Internet + Politics"

互联网技术通过"互联网+"跨界融合了政治、文化、社会等领域。各种新兴业态的发展或隐或显地体现出网络空间政治行为和互联网经济的适应性;业已生成的"互联网+"诸业态驱动了"互联网+政治"若干形态的发展,是创新2.0下互联网新业态和新形态发展的一种新趋势。从"互联网+政治"若干形态的逐渐生成及实践运行来看,它体现出三个明显特征:一是以网络经济为基础、受利益驱动发展;二是信息传播多向辐射、易于实现网络渗透;三是网络参与自由、网络监管困难。

Internet technologies have fully shown us the increasingly powerful economic functions and integrated political, culturaland social fields through ＂ Internet ＋＂ cross-cutting. On this basis, the development of various ＂ Internet ＋＂ emerging businesses im鄄plicitly or explicitly embodies the adaptability of cyberspace political behaviors and the Internet economy. Some ＂ Internet ＋＂ formatshave driven the development of ＂ Internet ＋ Politics＂ , that is a new trend of the development of new formats and new forms under theinternet innovation 2. 0. From the gradual formation and practice of some forms of ＂ Internet ＋ Politics＂ , it shows three distinct charac-teristics： one is based on the network economy and is driven by profit; the second, the informations are easy to spread through socialnetworks and infiltrate into some people＇s minds; the third, the network is free to participate and network supervision is difficult.
