绿色、低碳、可循环的可持续发展已被写入我国的国家战略,并成为我国各行各业发展经济的关键目标之一,安徽正处在快速发展的工业化阶段,能源消耗和环境污染严重,走低碳经济发展之路是趋势所在。在从生产总值、能源消费、建筑和交通运输、技术和环境保护四方面分析安徽与上海、江苏和浙江低碳经济发展差别的基础上,探讨影响安徽低碳经济发展的主要制约因素,提出安徽绿色低碳经济发展的相关建议。

Green, low-carbon, sustainable development has been written to the national strategy in China, and become one of thekey goals of all walks of life development. Anhui is in rapid development stage of industrialization, energy consumption and environ-mental pollution are serious, so developing the low-carbon economy is the trend. On the basis of the analysis on the low carbon eco-nomic development in Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai for GDP, energy consumption, construction and transportation, technol-ogy and environmental protection, discussing the main factors of the development of Anhui low carbon economy, thus puts forward rele-vant suggestions of Anhui green low-carbon economic development.
