摘要
新创企业各维度动态能力的提升依赖其知识的识别、获取、应用与清除等组织学习过程,受其知识识别的准确性、知识获取的及时性、知识应用的高效性以及知识清除的有效性等因素影响。新创企业应建立知识识别系统,打造知识捕获机制,创新知识应用商业模式以及建立知识剔除机制等以不断提升动态能力。
New ventures are dependent on their organizational learning process of knowledge recognition, acquisition, applicationand clearance to enhance the dimensions of dynamic capabilities, which are mainly impacted by these elements as their correct recogni鄄tion, timely acquisition, efficient application and effective clearance of knowledge. New ventures should establish knowledge recogni鄄tion system and capture mechanism, design a business model of knowledge application and build an elimination mechanism for the im鄄provement of the dynamic capabilities.摇 摇
