农村流动人口劳动时间与职业健康

Labor time and Occupational Health of Rural Floating Population

职业健康问题影响着整个社会的幸福感,也对社会的稳定与发展有着深远的意义。但由于相关体制不健全、企业社会责任感缺失,以及农村流动人口自我维权意识不强等原因导致职业健康问题层出不穷。文章利用中国综合社会调查(CGSS2013)数据,进行二元Logistic回归分析,研究发现:家庭经济状况、普通话能力、学历与劳动时间对农村流动人口职业健康具有显著影响;并从政府、企业、个人三个方面提出改善农村流动人口职业健康的相关建议。

Occupational health problems affect the happiness of the whole society and have far-reaching significance for the socialstability and development. However, due to the imperfect related system, the lack of corporate social responsibility, the rural migrantpopulation＇s weak awareness of rights and some other reasons, occupational health problems emerge one after another. Based on the da鄄ta of China Comprehensive Social Survey （CGSS2013）, binary logistic regression analysis was conducted. The study found that familyeconomic conditions, capability in Mandarin, educational history and labor time had significant influence on the occupational health ofrural migrant workers. This thesis has raised some relevant recommendations to improve the problem in three aspects： government, en鄄terprise and individual.摇 摇
