产业集群作为一种新的空间经济组织形式,与非集群模式相比,具有极大的竞争优势。其中,技术创新优势是众多竞争优势的核心。纵观我国各地的产业集群,技术创新能力不足是限制其发展的主要障碍,应用完全信息静态博弈对产业集群内企业的技术创新行为进行理论分析发现,集群内企业从本质上来看缺乏技术创新的动力,为有效解决这一问题,必须促进产业集群内企业技术创新。

As a new spatial form of economic organization, industrial clusters have more competitive advantage than other non-clustered modes. This advantage of technological innovation is the core of all the competitive advantages. Throughout all the industrialclusters around our country, lacking of technological innovation is the main reason why industrial clusters developing slowly. Using stat鄄ic games of complete information analyze the behavior of enterprises爷 technological innovation within industrial clusters, the articlefound that these enterprises are lack of the motivation of innovation. It is necessary to promote technological innovation among all theenterprises in industrial clusters to solve this problem.
