专任教师在高校教职工队伍中所占比重最大,在大学生诚信教育中具有与学生接触更直接、话语更具权威性、视角多元、渗透力强等优势,然而也存在一系列角色缺位的现象。促进专任教师参与诚信教育需要着力抓好教育培训、机制建设、平台搭建、重点群体等四个方面的工作。

Full-time teachers, as the most part in staff of a university, have the advantages of more direct contact with students,more authoritative discourse, multi-perspective and stronger penetration in the integrity education to college students. However, thereare also a series of role absence. To promote the participation of full-time teachers in integrity education, it is important to focus on in鄄culcation ＆training, mechanism construction, platform construction and key groups.摇 摇
