摘要
以发动机曲轴斜油孔加工为例,详细论述了半干式加工(MQL)的作用、硬质合金涂层刀具的特点以及硬质合金钻头配合半干式加工技术在小径深孔加工中的应用。
Taking the processing of the crankshaft diagonal oil hole as an example,the function of semi-dry machining( MQL),the characteristics of carbide coated cutting tools,and the semi-dry machining technology of carbide drill in small diameter deep hole machining were discussed.
