In the process of continuous development and reform,great changes have taken place in the organization form of power,internal organizational structure and interest relations,which have brought great difficulties to the trade union work of power enterprises. In the future development of power enterprises,we must take some effective measures to do a good job in trade unions of power enterprises. The past management mode and power supply services are hard to adapt to the requirements of the new situation.
