在短道速滑滑跑中,运动员要掌握速滑中的动作要领,规范滑跑动作,避免滑跑技术中出现错误影响短道速滑的整体成绩。分析我国短道速滑滑跑技术中的常见错误动作,并提出相关对策,希望可以促进我国短道速滑项目的可持续发展。

In the short track speed skating,the athlete should grasp the essentials of the speed skating action and standardize skating action so as to avoid mistakes in skating technology from affecting the overall performance of short track speed skating. This paper analyzes the common misoperation in short track speed skating in China and puts forward some countermeasures in the hope of promoting sustainable development of short track skating of China.
