塔城市农村养老保险事业发展现状及存在的问题

农村养老保险是针对国内农村老年人口日趋增多的发展现状,即以农村养老问题日趋凸显为基础实施的一项惠民政策,随着我国经济社会的不断发展,农村养老保险制度也在不断完善。我国自2014年开始执行城镇与农村相结合的养老保险政策。塔城市作为中国西北边陲小城,经济发展较为缓慢,农村居民养老保险覆盖率较低,农村养老保险制度在运行过程中仍存在一些问题,亟待尽快解决,以提高农村居民的生活质量和生活水平。

The rural endowment insurance is aimed at the growing status quo of the aging population in the rural areas in China. With the continuous development of economy and society in our country,the rural endowment insurance system is also constantly perfect. China has implemented the old-age insurance policy combining urban and rural areas since2014. As a small town on the northwestern border of China,Tacheng city has a relatively slow economic development.The coverage rate of rural residents' old-age insurance is still low. Some problems still exist in the operation of the rural pension insurance system,which needs to be resolved as soon as possible so as to improve the quality of life and standard of living of rural residents.
