民办财经类高校法学本科毕业生就业分析

Employment analysis of undergraduate graduates of civil and commercial universities in finance and economics

伴随高等教育事业的不断发展以及人们法律意识的提高,法学专业的热度持续升温且日益受到人们的重视和青睐,我国大批院校也开始增设法学专业。在目前设置的法学专业院校中,有重点院校、二本院校、民办院校和高职高专院校。近年来,随着高校大规模的扩招,法学专业人数不断激增。民办财经类高校的法学本科毕业生,由于多方面因素的影响,导致其在就业中处于不利境地。从国家、学校和学生的角度展开分析,进而寻求破解民办财经类高校法学本科毕业生就业难的路径。

With the continuous development of higher education and the improvement of people＇s legal awareness,the popularity of law sciences continues to heat up and is increasingly valued and favored by people. A large number of institutions have also begun to set up law major. In the current law schools,there are key institutions,second batch institutions,private institutions and higher vocational colleges. With the large-scale enrollment expansion in universities,the number of law professionals has been on the rise. The law graduates have been disadvantaged in employment due to many factors. From the perspectives of the state,this paper tries to find a way to solve the difficult employment of law undergraduates in private finance and economics colleges.
