深哈合作框架下区域产业与金融互补合作初探

A preliminary study on the complementary projects of regional industry and financial cooperation under the framework of Shenzhen-Harbin cooperation

以哈尔滨市平房区和深圳市罗湖区对口合作为背景,通过创新为核心,整合优势资源,可以探索构建"深哈产业与金融创新服务平台"。就对口区域合作中金融产业合作部分提出相关建议,具体平台建设合作可从"融知、融智、融资"三方面着手推动。

Based on the counterpart cooperation between Pingfang district of Harbin and Luohu district of Shenzhen,innovation and core resources can be integrated to build ＂Shenzhen-Harbin industry and financial innovation service platform＂. Relevant suggestions on the cooperation part of the financial industry in the counterparty regional cooperation were proposed. The specific platform construction cooperation can be promoted from the three aspects of ＂integrating knowledge,intelligence and finance＂.
