随着政府职能的转变,纳税服务的重心逐步侧移,逐渐由改善服务态度、优化办税环境等浅层次向引导纳税人自觉遵从税法、及时准确申报纳税等深层次发展。

With the change of government functions,the focus of tax payment service has been gradually shifted from the shallow level of improving service attitude and optimizing tax environment to guiding taxpayers to conscientiously comply with the tax law,timely and accurately declaring and paying taxes.
