我国企业在实际发展过程中非常注重自身内部控制规范体系的发展。但是,从当前企业内部控制实施水平来看,还存在较大的差距。企业内部缺乏对实施控制作用的认识,缺乏实施内部控制的主动性。主要分析了企业内部控制的实施现状以及相关对策,希望可以对我国企业全面加强内部控制提供一定的帮助。

In the process of actual development,Chinese enterprises attach great importance to the development of their own internal control norms. However,judging from the current implementation of the internal control of enterprises,there is still a big gap. There is a lack of awareness of the role of implementation of control within the enterprise,and the lack of initiative to implement internal control. It mainly analyzes the status quo and countermeasures of the internal control of enterprise and hopes to provide some help to comprehensively strengthen the internal control of enterprises.
