基于“现代学徒制”中的高职院校产学合作中“厂中校”创新与实践——以柳州城市职业学院汽车服务专业为例

把"教室实训室搬入企业",把"专业引入企业",改革传统教学模式,实现学生能力在实践中得到提高,企业能获得人才。但在摸索实施过程中也发现了许多问题和不足。本文从多角度提出加强"厂中校"建设的对策和建议。

The ＂classroom training room moved into the enterprise＂and the ＂professional introduction of enterprises＂can reform the traditional teaching mode and achieve the improvement of student ability in practice. However,many problems and shortcomings have also been found during the exploration and implementation. This article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of ＂ colleges in factory＂ from many aspects.
