Intercultural communicative competence is an important foundation for international students to adapt to different social and cultural backgrounds. It is one of the core objectives of international education development and training. Based on the background of the campus culture activities of the Harbin Institute of Technology,this paper discusses how to develop and cultivate the international students＇ intercultural communication ability,provide a better way to explain the cultural activities of the campus,and put forward the path and methods to implement cross-cultural communication skills training platform.
