经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Depression

目的探讨经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取分析我院心理科2016年1月—2017年1月收治100例抑郁症患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施药物方案治疗,实验组实施经颅磁刺激治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果实验组有效率为92%,对照组有效率为74%,且实验组治疗后HAMD评分结果低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症,效果显著,起效速度快,临床应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of depression. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, 100 patients with depression treated in our hospital were selected and analyzed, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given drug therapy, and the experimental group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 92%, the effective rate of the control group was 74%, and the HAMD score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of depression is remarkable, the onset rate is fast, and the clinical application value is high.
