基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎43例效果分析

Effect Analysis of 43 Cases of Chronic Periodontitis Treated With Basic Treatment and Periodontal Maintenance

目的探讨慢性牙周炎患者采用基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗的效果。方法选择86例慢性牙周炎患者分为两组进行对比,分别采用基础治疗和联合牙周维护治疗。结果采用基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗的患者,其牙齿脱落的颗数为(0.15±0.07)颗,牙周探针深度、菌斑指数分别为(3.09±0.31)mm,(1.59±0.33),而仅仅采用基础治疗患者的牙齿脱落情况为(0.49±0.19)颗,牙周探针深度、菌斑指数分别为(4.57±0.37)mm,(2.19±0.48)。联合组数据优于常规组。结论在基础治疗的情况下,在联合牙周维护治疗的效果较为理想,可以有效的降低患者牙齿脱落情况,抑制疾病的发展。

Objective To explore the effect of basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance therapy for patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods 86 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into two groups and were treated with basic treatment and combined periodontal maintenance treatment respectively. Results The number of teeth loss by basic treatment and periodontal maintenance treatment was（0.15±0.07）, and the depth of periodontal probe and plaque index were（3.09±0.31） mm,（1.59±0.33）. However, the number of tooth loss was（0.49±0.19）, and the depth of periodontal probe and plaque index were（4.57±0.37） mm,（2.19±0.48） by basic treatment. The data of the combined group were obviously superior to the conventional group. Conclusion Under the condition of basic treatment, combined periodontal maintenance treatment is more effective, which can effectively reduce tooth loss and inhibit the development of disease.
