不同根管治疗方法引起根管治疗期间痛的差异性分析研究

Difference Analysis of Pain During Root Canal Therapy Caused by Different Root Canal Therapies

目的评估不同根管内封药对于根管治疗期间痛(EIP)的影响。方法将2015年1月—2017年1月我院收治的100例待根管治疗患者分为A、B两组。A组采用逐步后退法进行根管预备,B组采用改良逐步法进行根管预备,两组均进行氢氧化钙封药。记录两组患者的EIP患者例数,计算EIP发生率。结果 EIP发生情况,A组19例(38%);B组17例(34%);两两比较,B组EIP的发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论改良逐步法预备根管可减少EIP的发生率,减少患者痛苦,效果更好。

Objective To evaluate the effect of root canal treatment for pain during root canal therapy（EIP）. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 100 patients who were treated with root canal therapy were divided into two groups： A and B. In group A, root canal preparation was performed by step backward method, and root canal preparation was performed by modified stepwise method in group B, and calcium hydroxide was sealed in the two groups. The number of patients with EIP in two groups was recorded, and the incidence of EIP was calculated. Results The incidence of EIP was 19 cases in group A（38%）, and 17 cases in group B（34%）; compared with group B, the incidence of EIP was lower than that of group A（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The improved stepwise method can reduce the incidence of EIP and reduce the pain of patients, and the effect is better.
