全切除术与次全切术对幕上胶质瘤伴癫痫患者的治疗效果对比

Comparison of Total Resection and Subtotal Resection in the Treatment of Supratentorial Gliomas With Epilepsy

目的探析全切除术与次全切术对幕上胶质瘤伴癫痫患者的治疗效果对比。方法将120例幕上胶质瘤伴癫痫患者随机分为两组,分别给予全切除术、次全切术。结果两组患者治疗前与治疗1个月的KPS评分以及手术时间、术后住院时间均差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;研究组治疗2、3个月后的KPS评分优于对照组,研究组术后癫痫控制满意率优于对照组,研究组术后随访3个月复发率及死亡率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论全切除术对幕上胶质瘤伴癫痫患者的治疗效果优于次全切术。

Objective To compare the effect of total resection and subtotal resection in the treatment of supratentorial gliomas with epilepsy. Methods120 cases of supratentorial glioma with epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups, they were given total resection and subtotal resection respectively. Results There was no difference in KPS score, operation time and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups before treatment and 1 month after treatment, P〉0.05; The KPS score of the study group after 2 and 3 months was better than that of the control group, the satisfaction rate of epilepsy control in the study group was better than that in the control group, the recurrence rate and mortality rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group after 3 months of follow-up, P〈0.05. Conclusion Total resection is superior to subtotal resection in the treatment of supratentorial gliomas with epilepsy.
