更昔洛韦加喜炎平治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的有效性

Effectiveness of Ganciclovir Combined With Xiyanping in Treating Children Infectious Mononucleosis

目的探讨更昔洛韦加喜炎平治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的有效性。方法按照随机数字表法将2016年2月—2017年7月100例儿童传染性单核细胞增多症患儿分组。对照组用药为利巴韦林加喜炎平治疗,观察组则为更昔洛韦加喜炎平治疗。比较两组儿童传染性单核细胞增多症转归率;白细胞计数、异型淋巴细胞恢复时间。结果观察组儿童传染性单核细胞增多症转归率96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,χ~2=6.061,P<0.05;观察组白细胞计数、异型淋巴细胞恢复时间(8.51±1.41)d、(6.61±2.59)d,短于对照组的(10.50±3.57)d、(8.51±2.61)d,t=5.422、6.013,P<0.05。结论更昔洛韦加喜炎平治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的有效性高,可加速各项症状体征消退,促使淋巴结、肝脾恢复正常大小,改善生化指标。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of ganciclovir combined with xiyanping in treating children infectious mononucleosis. Methods100 cases of children with infectious mononucleosis from February 2016 to July 2017 were divided into different groups according to random number table method. Patients in the control group was treated with ribavirin combined with xiyanping, while the observation group was treated with ganciclovir combined with xiyanping. The infectious mononucleosis outcome rate, recovery time of white blood cell count and lymphocyte, the time of liver and spleen, lymph node size back to normal, fever subsided and angina relief, liver function before and after treatment were compared. Results The outcome rate of infectious mononucleosis was 96.00% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group, χ^2 = 6.061, P〈0.05; the recovery time of white blood cell count, the abnormal lymphocytes in the observation group were（8.51 ± 1.41） d,（6.61 ± 2.59） d, which were shorter than the control group of（10.50 ± 3.57） d,（8.51 ± 2.61） d, t = 5.422, 6.013, P〈0.05. Conclusion Ganciclovir combined with xiyanping treatment of children with infectious mononucleosis is highly effective, can accelerate the symptoms and signs subsided, and promote lymph nodes, liver and spleen back to normal size, improve biochemical indicators.
