孕期健康教育干预在产妇分娩中的效果观察

摘要 目的观察对分娩产妇采用孕期健康教育的干预效果。方法选取2013年11月—2016年4月在我院就诊的324例孕产妇作为研究对象。按照随机数字法,分为对照组(162例,未接受健康教育产妇)和观察组(162例,接受孕期健康教育干预产妇)。比较两组分娩产妇各项指标及孕期知识掌握情况和满意度。结果观察组分娩产妇各项指标、孕期知识教育前后掌握情况及满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对分娩产妇采用孕期健康教育干预效果好。 Objective To observe the effect of intervention on maternal health education in childbirth and parturient. Methods In this study, 324 parturient women who were delivery from November 2013 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number method, they were divided into the control group(162 cases, unaccepted health education and parturient) and the observation group(162 cases, received maternal health education intervention). The knowledge and satisfaction during pregnancy were compared. Results The indexes of parturient women in the observation group, the mastery of knowledge and satisfaction in pregnancy before and after pregnancy were superior to those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion The effect of health education intervention on pregnant women is good.
