摘要
目的总结胸外科健康教育视频制作方法,并观察其临床应用效果。方法随机将378例胸外科手术患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组在常规健康教育的基础上给予视频健康教育,比较两组患者健康宣教效果。结果观察组患者围手术期护理知识、术后功能锻炼技巧掌握度均明显优于对照组,术后肛门排气和下床活动时间明显较对照组短,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频健康教育可有效提高患者相关知识掌握度,从而达到提高健康教育效果的目的。
Objective To summarize the methods of making health education video in department of thoracic surgery, and to observe its clinical application effect. Methods 378 patients in department of thoracic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group received routine health education, the observation group was given video health education on the basis of routine health education, and the health education effect of the two groups was compared. ResultsThe perioperative nursing knowledge and the mastery of postoperative functional exercise skills in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the postoperative anal exhaust and ambulation time were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Video health education can effectively improve patients' mastery of related knowledge, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the effect of health education.
