放松训练与心理支持对维持性血液透析患者焦虑状态的影响

The Effect of Relaxation Training and Psychological Support on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients With Anxiety State

目的探究放松训练与心理支持干预对维持性血液透析患者焦虑状态的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月—2016年8月收治的124例伴焦虑的MHD患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,每组62例。观察组给予放松训练与心理支持干预,对照组仅给予常规护理,分别于干预前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评价两组患者的焦虑情绪及健康状况。结果观察组干预后SAS评分低于干预前,SF-36量表总分高于干预前(P<0.01),对照组干预前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过给予合并焦虑的MHD患者放松训练以及心理支持干预可有效缓解患者的焦虑心理,改善健康状况。

Objective To explore the influence of relaxation training and psychological support intervention on anxiety state of patients withmaintenance hemodialysis（MHD）. Methods 124 cases of MHD patients with anxiety treated from January 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 62 cases in each group. The observation group was given relaxation training and psychological support intervention, while the control group was only given routine nursing care. And the two groups respectively adopted self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and short form health survey（SF-36） before and after the intervention to assess the anxiety mood and health status. Results The SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that before the intervention, and the total score of the SF-36 scale was higher than that before the intervention（P〈0.01）. There was no statistical difference in the control group before and after the intervention（P〉0.05）. Conclusion MHD patients treated with combined anxiety relaxation training and psychological support intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and improve the health status of the patients.
